Delivery Information

Please read each product description for our current dispatch time. This is the time we need to personalise/source items and prepare them for shipping. 

Although we make every effort to dispatch within the specified time, during busy periods, delays may occur. We will try our best to keep customers notified if this is the case. If, however, your order is required by a certain date, please use the contact form on our website before placing an order. 

For personalised items, please read each product description carefully and include the relevant information. This will ensure there are no additional delays. 

Please note that where dispatch times for each product may vary, if more than one item is purchased, postage will be combined at the later specified date.

Shipping within the UK

We ship Monday to Sunday (excluding bank holidays) via Evri which takes approximately 2-3 days (including weekends) to arrive. Tracking information will be sent via email once an order has been dispatched. 

International Shipping

We ship worldwide via Evri or Royal Mail depending on size and weight of the item(s). Once you receive a dispatch email from us, please allow approximately 10-14 working days for your order to arrive. This is a tracked service.

In-Store Pick-Up

We offer a free click and collect service from our Hereford Store located at Space 3, Bastion Mews, HR1 2BT.

Once an order is ready for collection, you will be notified via email. Our  opening hours for collection are Wednesday and Thursday 10.30am-2.30pm and Saturday 11-4pm. 

Returns Policy

We hope you will love your order, but if you are not satisfied, please let us know, we can offer an exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt of your purchase.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defected or not as described. 

Using Discount Codes

Please note that discount codes cannot be used on the following items:

Email Correspondence

Upon placing an order you will receive an order confirmation email and another email once your order is ready for dispatch along with a tracking number to follow your parcel's whereabouts.
