Delivery Information
Please refer to each product description for our current dispatch time, which indicates the time required to produce, personalise and prepare items for shipping. As a small business operated by just one person, I take great care in managing every aspect of the business, While I strive to process orders as quickly as possible, there are limitations to how fast I can speed up delivery times. Each order requires careful attention to ensure everything is handled correctly. If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us through the contact form before placing your order.
For personalised items, please ensure you read the product description carefully and provide all necessary information to avoid delays. If you order multiple items with different dispatch times, we will combine postage and dispatch the order based on the later dispatch date.
Shipping within the UK We ship orders Monday to Sunday (excluding bank holidays) via Evri, with delivery taking approximately 2-3 days (including weekends). You’ll receive tracking details via email once your order is dispatched.
International Shipping We ship internationally via Evri or Royal Mail, depending on the size and weight of your items. After receiving your dispatch email, please allow 10-14 working days for delivery. This is a tracked service.
In-Store Pick-Up We offer free Click and Collect from our Hereford store at Space 3, Bastion Mews, HR1 2BT. You’ll be notified by email once your order is ready for collection. Our collection hours are Wednesday and Thursday from 10:30 am to 2:30 pm, and Saturday from 11 am to 4 pm.
Returns Policy We hope you love your purchase! However, if you are not fully satisfied, we offer exchanges or refunds within 14 days of receiving your order. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or not as described.
Discount Code Policy
Please note that discount codes cannot be applied to sale items or personalised palm leaf toy chests.
