Delivery Information

Please read each product description for our current dispatch time. This is the time we need to personalise/source items and prepare them for shipping.

Where it states "dispatch week of* this means dispatch will be Monday to Sunday of that week.

Although we make every effort to dispatch within the specified time, during busy periods, delays may occur. We will try our best to keep customers notified if this is the case. If, however, your order is required by a certain date, please use the contact form on our website before placing an order. 

For personalised items, please read each product description carefully and include the correct information. This will ensure there are no additional delays. 

Please note that where dispatch times for each product may vary, if more than one item is purchased, postage will be combined at the later specified date.

*If you haven’t received an order confirmation email in your inbox, please check your junk mail folder as they can sometimes land in there.

Domestic Shipping

We ship Monday to Sunday (excluding bank holidays) via Evri standard shipping which takes approximately 2-3 days to arrive. A confirmation email with tracking information will be sent when an order is being prepared for dispatch.

If you require a different shipping service please do contact us and we will try our best to accommodate.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide via Royal Mail International Tracked. Once you receive a confirmation of dispatch email from us, please allow approximately 10-14 working days for your order to arrive.

Click and Collect

For collection orders from our Hereford Store, the same turnaround time applies as stated in the description of each product. As soon as your order is ready for collection, you will receive an email confirming this and a further email with our opening times.

Returns Policy

We hope you will love your order, but if you are not satisfied, please let us know, we can only offer an exchange or refund within 28 days of receipt of your purchase.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defected or not as described.
