Delivery Information
Please refer to each product description for our most up-to-date dispatch times, which indicate the time needed to create, personalise, and package your items. As a solo-run small business, I carefully manage every aspect of the process. While I always aim to process orders swiftly, there are natural limits to how quickly I can dispatch them. Each item receives my full attention to ensure it’s completed to a high standard.
If you need your order by a specific date, please reach out via the contact form prior to placing your order.
For personalised products, kindly read the description thoroughly and provide all required details to avoid any hold-ups. If you’re ordering multiple items with varying dispatch times, they will be shipped together based on the longest lead time.
UK Shipping
We dispatch orders daily from Monday to Sunday (excluding bank holidays) using Evri's tracked service, with delivery typically taking 2–3 working days (weekends included). Tracking details will be emailed once your package is on the way.
International Shipping
We ship internationally using Evri or Royal Mail, depending on your order’s size and weight. After dispatch, please allow 10–14 working days for delivery. All international orders are fully tracked, and tracking info will be shared via email.
Free Local Collection
Click and Collect is free from our Hereford Store: Space 3, Bastion Mews, HR1 2BT. You’ll receive an email when your order is ready. Collection times are:
Wednesday & Thursday: 10:30 am – 2:30 pm
Saturday: 11:00 am – 4:00 pm
Returns & Exchanges
We hope you’re delighted with your purchase, but if not, we offer refunds or exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
